Monday Jan 1 – Setting fertility intentions for 2024


We create our experience by being really mindful and intentional about

the things that we do. So ask yourself this: 'How do I want to feel while I'm trying to get pregnant?  What would my most nourishing fertility journey look like? Where can I introduce a bit of fun and playfulness and let go a bit of trying really hard?

During the opening ceremony, Françoise Molenaar will guide you 

through a visualisation exercise to help you set your fertility 

intentions for 2024 - to make this the best year yet to come. 

Tuesday Jan 2 – A healthy womb
 

Many women only start connecting with their wombs once they are pregnant. But it is so important to already start developing your relationship with your womb when you're trying to conceive. This will help you better understand what your body needs and will help create a hospitable environment for your baby.

Wednesday Jan 3 – Balancing your hormones
 

By working with your hormones you can optimise your health, increase the quality of your eggs (and your partner's sperm - if that applies to your situation) and prepare the womb for conception. The good news is that this doesn't necessarily require taking fertility drugs - there is so much that you can do yourself to improve your hormonal health and prepare your body for conception.

Thursday Jan 4 – Creating a fertile mindset


Ultimately, we cannot control whether we get pregnant or not - and that can seriously mess with your mind. There may be fear that this might never happen for you, or grief when your period comes or when you lose a baby. That's why it's so important to invest in practices that help you process difficult emotions and help you tune in to your intuition

Ultimately, the journey of conception is one of self-care. It's about really listening to your body and feeling what it is that you need to become your most nourished self: the version of you that is open and receptive to whatever comes your way. Rather than losing yourself in goal-orientedness, ticking off the boxes of your fertility checklist, life will start to revolve more and more around what feels good.

Your host

My name is Françoise and I work as a mindful fertility coach. 

My own fertility journey lasted for over a decade, during which time I learned the importance of surrender and trusting life to unfold on its own pace. 

IVF blessed me and my husband with our son Benjamin in 2020 and with our twin babies David and Robin in 2022. 

I continue to work with women who are on a fertility journey, guiding them back to their bodies and showing them how to find a bit of lightness even in the darkest of times. 

I am also the host of 'That Fertile Feeling - The Podcast'.

  • 1. Do I need prior experience with rituals or spirituality to participate?
    Not at all! This journey is designed for anyone with an open heart and a sense of curiosity. Whether you’re new to rituals or have a long-standing spiritual practice, you’ll find guidance and connection in each night’s offerings.
  • 2. What do I need to participate in the rituals? Are there any special tools or materials required?
    You won’t need any special tools or materials. Each ritual will guide you through simple practices that rely on your presence, intention, and connection. If there are any optional items that might enhance your experience (like a journal or candle), you’ll be notified in advance.
  • 3. Do I have to complete the rituals at a specific time of day?
    No, the rituals are pre-recorded, so you can complete them whenever it fits your schedule. That said, they are best experienced when it’s dark outside, as this aligns with the energy of the 12 Holy Nights.
  • 4. What if I miss a day or can’t complete all 12 nights?
    While the series is designed to flow as a continuous journey, it’s perfectly fine if you miss a day or two. You’ll have access to all the rituals, so you can catch up or revisit them at your own pace.
  • 5. Can I join the WhatsApp group later, or do I need to sign up in advance?
    The WhatsApp group is optional, but we recommend joining at the start of the journey to fully experience the community support and inspiration it provides. Late sign-ups will be accommodated if space allows.
  • 6. Are the rituals live or pre-recorded?
    All rituals are pre-recorded, so you can participate at a time that works best for you. You’ll also receive a downloadable PDF with additional practices or journaling prompts for each night.
  • 7. What happens after the 12 nights? Will I have continued access to the rituals?
    Yes, you’ll retain access to the pre-recorded rituals and materials, allowing you to revisit them whenever you feel called.
  • 8. What’s included in the price?
    Your registration includes: Access to 12 pre-recorded guided rituals. A PDF for each night with additional practices or journaling prompts. (Optional) A spot in a small WhatsApp group to share and connect with others on the journey.
  • 9. I'm familiar with a different version of this ritual / on different dates. What's up?
    The 12 Holy Nights have been celebrated in various ways and on various dates across different cultures and traditions, often influenced by local customs and beliefs. This version is rooted in Northern European spiritual practices, but it has also been adapted to align with the unique energy and intentions of this specific journey. While the dates and rituals may differ, the essence—clearing, reflection, and transformation—remains universal.
